In most instances the mandatory tour tipping is included and if not you’ll have to pay it upon the tour booking with us but we will clearly mention the amount. However the toilet facilities at restaurants and local tourist sites can vary and we would recommend that you always carry tissues, wet wipes and small bottles of disinfectant gel with you during the tour.[/tg_accordion]
The travelers need to possess a valid passport and in most cases it needs to have at least 6 months validity period from the date of commencement of travel.
If passport is renewed or obtained a new passport it is the responsibility of the passenger to inform us so that we could get the records updated from our end as well.
It is mandatory the Airline booking is made with the name as it appears in the passport and it is the responsibility of the passenger to check and inform us any errors in the booking before we issue the air tickets. Even slight differences in the name may result in denied boarding by the airline as we at Sinoluxur holidays will not be liable / held responsible for such circumstances
While in tour it is the responsibility of the passengers to keep their passports in secure with them. The documents should not be handed over to a third party unless otherwise hotels require confirming the details of your hotel booking. In such cases it is the responsibility of the passengers to re take it from the said party.
Having a pre-arranged visa is necessary for most countries. In such instances we will provide the necessary documents require from our end to obtain your visa and it is your responsibility to submit these documents and obtain the visa.
For China Sinoluxur Holidays too can organize visa for a nominal fee however the granting of visa will be at the discretion of the issuing authorities and refuse to grant of visa, Sinoluxur holidays cannot be held responsible. In such scenarios if the refusal is made due to a reason which is beyond the control of the passenger / Sinoluxur Holidays will refund the amount paid by the passenger minus whatever the amounts that has to be paid to Airline and other affected parties.
