It is important to ensure that the name on your reservation is the same as it appears on your passport. An error may result in a name change penalty or boarding being denied by the airline. All additional requests including tour extensions will need to be confirmed and acknowledged by Sinoluxur Holidays prior to making full payment. Please note that the prices listed are based on double occupancy and single travellers are required to pay a single supplement fee, as listed in the tour terms. The flight booking will be made by Sinoluxur Holiday based on the information provided by you on your Reservation Form and changes submitted to us before full payment is received. A flight cannot be changed after Sinoluxur Holidays has confirmed the flight with you; otherwise an airline penalty will be applied to your invoice.
Payment can be made via Electronic Fund Transfer, PayPal or credit card. Payment for your tour must be received within 10 days of the invoice issuance. If your tour departs within 60 days, payment is required within 4 working days of issuance. Your tour and flight ticket will not be secured until full payment is received and we cannot guarantee your tour seat prior to full payment being made. If payment is made after the due date and the desired departure date is subsequently full, we will offer you alternative departure dates to choose from. If you are unable to travel on the dates offered, we will provide you with a full refund.
If you wish to make amendments to your reservation including visa and travel insurance preferences, package add-ons and date changes, these must be made prior to payment. If amendments are requested after the payment has been received a AUD150 service fee will apply. If your flight ticket has been purchased and you request a date change, an airline penalty will apply.
Please ensure that the name on your reservation is as it appears on your passport. If you fail to do so a name change penalty will be applied and you may be denied when boarding the aircraft. If this occurs, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to cancel your tour, please notify us immediately in written form via email, letter or fax prior to making full payment. If you wish to cancel after full payment has been made, AUD100 service fee will apply. Cancellations requested after the flight ticket has been issued will not be eligible for a refund of any amount of the tour cost. In this instance, airline and transport penalties may also apply.
After the trip has commenced we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival or missed days on tour.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund payment made to Sinoluxur Holidays only and will do so within 14 days of receiving your written cancelation request. Cancellation fees, transport penalties, visa and insurance fees and any additional surcharges or penalties will be subtracted prior to the refund being made. We will offer a full refund if your preferred departure dates are unavailable or if the tour is cancelled for any reason.
Tour tipping applies and is payable direct to Sinoluxur Holidays upon booking if not mentioned otherwise.

Approximately 2 weeks prior to your departure we will send you your departure pack. This will have important items that you will need to take with you on tour and will include; your electronic air ticket (if applicable), your visa if you applied through Sinoluxur Holidays, confirmed itinerary, luggage tags, Sinoluxur Holidays badges and stickers for your luggage.
We use a number of airlines based on the Holiday destination and is including Singapore Airlines, Malaysian Airlines, Thai Airlines, Qantas, China Southern, China Eastern, Sichuan Airlines and Cathay Pacific and will not be limit to. Your airline will be confirmed once the tickets have been purchased and will receive your ticket approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. We do not take airline requests unless an airline upgrade package is available. Seat assignments can be made directly with the airline. Whilst we endeavour to accommodate 1 stop over flights, this cannot be guaranteed always.
It is the participant’s responsibility to reconfirm flight times and itinerary with the airline 12 – 24 hours prior to departure. Sinoluxur Holidays is not responsible to provide compensation for scheduled flights changes, delays or missed tours. Sinoluxur Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary of your tour in the event of air schedule and surface transportation changes, and such changes are necessary. In this event, any increase and reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and charged/refunded accordingly. If you request changes to your tour, you will be required to pay any additional cost in advance.

After paying your deposit, Sinoluxur Holidays will secure your reservation and process your booking. Once your booking has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email containing proposed flights and tours. Once you respond confirming these details, your airfare will be booked on your behalf.
The flight booking will be made by Sinoluxur Holidays using the information provided on your Reservation Form and changes submitted to us before full payment is received. Package prices, values and departure dates are listed on our website. Prices listed are in Australian Dollars, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Optional tours can be paid for at your destination and can be paid for in USD, LKR, MVR or RMB depending on the destination
Our all-inclusive package prices include round trip economy airfare, hotel and hotel taxes, round trip airport and hotel transfers, ground transportation, specified shore excursions, sightseeing admissions and meals as specified on the itinerary. All tours include a locally and experience English speaking guide.
Land package prices do not include any international flights and/or regional flights between destination and other Asia destinations; all visa fees, domestic airport taxes, fuel, security, aviation surcharge, gratuities, meals that are not specified in the itinerary and optional tours; trip cancellation and medical insurance, excess baggage fees, items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Land tours also do not include entry and exit transfers for passengers who deviate from the itinerary and arrive on different dates.
Tipping is crucial part of the tourism industry and is required when embarking on any tour with Sinoluxur Holidays. Certain destinations has a mandatory tipping and the nominated tipping amount will be advertised on the tour terms or may be included in the price when purchased with one of our partners. The tipping will be passed on to the local guides on your behalf and you are not expected to tip again at your destination. Tipping amounts will differ based on the length and itinerary of your selected tour. However you may grant a tip as a gesture of good will for the services you have received and is solely at your discretion. For some destinations tipping is not mandatory but is a custom to expect and give tipping. In such cases we will mention the realistic amounts and the passengers could use it as a guide when giving tips to the services they received but should not limit / strict to our document.
Rooms with private facilities in first class or traditional hotels/cruise cabins are based on double occupancy as specified in the itineraries.
Overnight trains consist of soft sleeper beds in one private compartment. An upgrade to bullet train from $150 per person is an available substitute for an overnight train. This price includes an overnight stay in a hotel.
Sinoluxur Holidays reserves the right to substitute accommodation of similar standard when necessary.

Travellers should have a basic level of physical fitness and mobility and must be able to negotiate uneven surfaces, climb stairs and board boats. Travellers are advised to check with their local health professional at least 45 days prior to departure, as some vaccinations require 30 days or more to be effective. Proof of vaccination is usually not required unless you are coming from an infected area.
Sinoluxur Holidays requires a written notification prior to booking if you have any physical, emotional or mental conditions that may require professional attention during the course of your tour. If you require any special equipment such as a wheelchair you are responsible for providing this. Certain elements of our itineraries may not be wheelchair accessible and we cannot guarantee access or wheelchair assistance at our destinations. We reserve the right to decline a potential participant if, in our opinion, they have the potential to affect the health, safety and enjoyment of other participants.
Please familiarize yourself with potential travel, health and safety risks in the regions you wish to visit, prior to booking your tour. Sinoluxur Holidays is not responsible for checking safety and security conditions, vaccinations or additional health requirements in the regions you will visit or transit.
If you intend to travel to Tibet you are required to provide a doctor’s certificate stating that you are fit to travel and that your blood pressure and heart condition are able to accommodate high altitudes.
We are unable to accommodate for women past their 6th month of pregnancy.
The responsibility of Sinoluxur Holidays and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. Sinoluxur Holidays acts as a coordinator for all persons taking a tour in the making of all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation. Sinoluxur Holidays does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and all services are subject to the laws of the country where the services are provided. By utilizing the services of our chosen suppliers, you agree to look to these suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you. Sinoluxur Holidays and Sinoluxur Holidays representatives are not liable if these events occur.
Sinoluxur Holidays acts only as an agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers of transportation and/or other related travel services provided and assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to baggage or property or for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss, theft or damage to person or property, delays, transport failure, strikes, wars and uprisings or acts of God etc. over which Sinoluxur Holidays has no control. We strongly encourage all customers to undertake a high level of personal responsibility in order to ensure that possessions, equipment and personal documents are closely monitored and protected at all times. Sinoluxur Holidays is not responsible for your failure to comply with custom regulations.
Sinoluxur Holidays reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if deemed necessary and will substitute hotels, flights and transportation with those of similar quality, or will cancel the tour prior to departure. If a cancelation is made by Sinoluxur Holidays, the company is liable to fully refund the money received from participants.
Sinoluxur Holidays reserves the right to make amendments to incorrect promotional or website pricing or to increase pricing in the event of industry cost increases including but limited to airfares, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes or fuel surcharges.
Please note that some attractions and sites are not open for entry every day of the year. In the event of closure, Sinoluxur Holidays will substitute or vary the sequence of sightseeing or order of cities visited to accommodate for this. Sinoluxur Holidays will ensure to stick to the itinerary; however there are no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions.
